I chose six different items that have been helping me cope with the pandemic. On the bottom and right edges I placed my work boots and gloves. I chose these because my work has both allowed me to earn money to spend (coping) and given me something structured to do which was especially helpful over the summer. In the middle I placed my laptop, noise cancelling headphones, and phone which have been a godsend with online school. I like having my own laptop set up the way I like it, and noise cancelling is so helpful for my concentration. Finally, I placed a mask at the upper left hand corner, this has been essential for allowing me to continue my life.

I chose six different items for my coping picture. At the bottom I placed my running shoes which I use to stay physically active and keep my sanity. In the middle directly above is a crunchy peanut butter Clif Bar. I love these things and they keep my hunger at bay when I am out and about. To the left is my phone displaying a collage of my best friends. These people mean so much to me and have been so helpful getting through this. To the left is my iPod and headphones. I have all my favorite music on my iPod and I use it to relax and escape to a world of just music. In the upper left are two books I have read this summer. Reading is one of my favorite escapes and I did a lot of it this summer. The top middle is my keys. My truck has been vital both for work but also for me to be able to see my friends and just drive to relax.
